  2. Our performance can be evaluated on agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and metrics defined by the client.
  3. Synergic will manage the complete delivery and ownership of services required for support and enhancements as per the defined scope.
  4. The commercial model is for complete implementation or unlimited support, and is not a function of the number of resources engaged.
